Here is a step-by-step breakdown of a typical 1-hour session:

1. Arrival and Warm-Up

When you arrive, you’ll open your NATEFIT app to see your specific workout. We don’t waste valuable coaching time on generic group jumping jacks. You will have a personalized warm-up routine designed to prime your body for the specific lifts you are tackling that day. If you have a tight lower back or a stiff shoulder, your warm-up will address those specific needs.

2. The Training Block

Once you are warm, you’ll begin your workout

  • Individualized Focus: Follow your custom tailored program on the NATEFIT app

  • Real-Time Feedback: The trainer is there to cue your exercises, spot you, or progress an exercise. You get the personal trainer experience—guidance, safety, and expertise—throughout the entire hour.
