Kinesiology is the science of human movement. A kinesiologist uses exercise to help people move better, get stronger and manage health conditions. Sessions with Nathaniel start with an assessment of how you move, your health and injury history, and your goals. He then builds a program and coaches you through it.
Both can coach you through workouts. At NATEFIT you can work with either.
