Nate is an accomplished athlete, having won the National Physique and Athletic Association (NPAA) Canadian Championship in Men’s Physique and competing internationally as an International Federation of Physique Athletes (IFPA) Pro in the United States. He has also served as a judge for the NPAA Canadian Championships and trained a Canadian Champion in women’s fitness. In 2018, Nate was nominated as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers by Impact Magazine. His core values are exemplified by the concept of sophrosyne, which emphasizes self-control, moderation, and inner awareness for a healthy and fulfilling life. In his free time, Nate enjoys outdoor activities such as trail running, climbing, and calisthenics, and is dedicated to giving back to his local community in Calgary.
