Not only is he a Professional Kinesiologist (AKA), a Precision Nutrition Certified Professional, and is Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) certified, he is also an Elite Personal Fitness Trainer with a decade of experience, and an accomplished athlete, winning the National Physique and Athletic Association (NPAA) Canadian Championship title in Men’s Physique. He is passionate about all aspects of wellness and well-being and sharing that passion with others. Down and Dirty with Nathaniel Ernst seeks to understand what it really means to be healthy. Nathaniel (Nate) Ernst is a Professional Kinesiologist (AKA), a Precision Nutrition Certified Professional, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) certified, and an Elite Personal Fitness Trainer with a decade of experience. Nate focuses his energy on fitness and lifestyle coaching, as well as injury prevention and rehab. Nate spends most of his free time trail running, hiking, and climbing in the mountains. Nate is an accomplished athlete, winning the National Physique and Athletic Association (NPAA) Canadian Championship title in Men’s Physique and has competed internationally as an International Federation of Physique Athletes (IFPA) Pro in the United States. He is a judge for the NPAA Canadian Championships and has trained a Canadian Champion for women’s fitness. Nate is a 2018 Nominated Trainer for Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers by Impact Magazine. One word to describe Nate’s core values is Sophrosyne: a healthy state of mind, characterized by self-control, moderation, and a deep awareness of one’s inner self, thereby enhancing the quality of life and personal satisfaction.
