Nathaniel (Nate) Ernst is a Professional Kinesiologist (AKA), a Precision Nutrition Certified Professional, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) certified, and an Elite Personal Fitness Trainer with a proven track record of achieving performance and results. Born and raised in Duchess, Alberta, Nate’s small town values, perseverance and performance are engrained in his DNA. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Exercise Science from the University of Lethbridge and began his career as a fitness and nutrition consulting professional. He started NATEFIT Integrated Fitness & Nutrition by combining his passion for physiology, Kinesiology, and for people, focusing his energy toward integrating proper movement and nutrition into the lives of his clients.

Nate is an accomplished athlete, winning the National Physique and Athletic Association (NPAA) Canadian Championship title in Men’s Physique and has competed internationally as an International Federation of Physique Athletes (IFPA) Pro in the United States. He is a judge for the NPAA Canadian Championships and has trained a Canadian Champion for women’s fitness. Nate is a 2018 Nominated Trainer for Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers by Impact Magazine. One word to describe Nate’s core values is Sophrosyne: a healthy state of mind, characterized by self-control, moderation, and a deep awareness of one’s inner self, thereby enhancing the quality of life and personal satisfaction. Tyson Linford is a CanFit Pro Personal Training Specialist, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) certified, and a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach with several years of experience integrating fitness and nutrition. Introducing healthy habits and focusing on the optimization of the human body are values that he brings to the lives of his clients. Tyson is ardent about staying up to date with leading research in nutrition and training methodologies. He believes in not only self education, but also taking the time to test new leading practices in his own routine for effectiveness, then introduce best practices to enhance the outcomes for his clients.

Born and raised with town values in Brooks, Alberta, Tyson after many years of working in the oil and gas sector shifted gears to focus on his passion for fitness and nutrition with NATEFIT. A career in wellness has allowed him to share his zeal and knowledge with his clients to help them reach their goals and fullest potential. Those partnering with Tyson can expect an experience that will be more than just transforming their body, but all aspects of their personal health and wellbeing.
