Cliff Krauss
CSEP - CPT
Cliff Krauss is a Certified Personal Trainer under the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists (CSEP). He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Literacy from Mount Royal University in 2020 and holds a level 1 Pain-Free Performance certification.
He has worked with several organizations around the city including the Alberta Sport and Recreation for the Blind where he played a critical role in the development of the “Movement and Me” program, and also acted as the Assistant Manager of Multi-sport Operations for the AMP hockey program working with hockey players ranging from 5-17 years old.
In 2013, Cliff suffered two major heart attacks. He worked for years to reclaim his health and discovered his passion for helping people take their health back.
Cliff is a lifelong athlete, playing hockey and lacrosse at a high level all throughout his youth. In recent years he has discovered a passion for training in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. In the spring and summer months, you can find him cheering on the Calgary Cavalry at Spruce Meadows
