What does a kinesiologist do?

Kinesiology is the science of human movement. A kinesiologist uses exercise to help people move better, get stronger and manage health conditions. Sessions with Nathaniel start with an assessment of how you move, your health and injury history, and your goals. He then builds a program and coaches you through it.

Kinesiologist vs personal trainer

Both can coach you through workouts. At NATEFIT you can work with either.

Kinesiologist vs physiotherapist

A physiotherapist assesses and treats injuries. A kinesiologist doesn’t diagnose; he uses exercise to rebuild strength and movement, often after physio has finished or alongside it.
