An original 3 month plan turned into an 8 month program and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Throughout the whole program, I worked with Cliff Krauss who knew exactly what I was after. Cliff pushed my limits within reason and quickly recognized the days where I didn’t have it and we did more low key workouts. I learned a lot about strength training and now have the fundamentals to continue to do some of this on my own.
I began training with Nate at NATEFIT in 2023. Nate’s deep knowledge of his field and commitment to his client’s health is very evident in every session. He takes the time to explain the 'why' behind each exercise and workout, which I find invaluable. I was primarily a 'cardio junkie' before and did not know much about or feel overly comfortable when it came to strength training, but he made me feel comfortable right from the start. Nate has taught me how to incorporate both strength and mobility into my workouts, targeted to my specific needs, which I know will be a gamechanger for me as I age. Natefit has been the best program I have signed up for. Having chronic back pain due to arthritis Natefit has set me up a program that is manageable for ME and better yet a program that I see unremarkable results in my daily movements. I signed up for six / seven weeks of intensive training with Natefit in order to help me pass an important fitness test that I had to do and Nate and Leo was instrumental in helping me achieve this. I started working with Nate in late November in regards to extreme lower back pain and leg numbness as a result of pushing my physical limits in the gym. Nate very carefully worked me through a series of movements to figure out what may be happening and his evaluation matched entirely with my doctors --bulged disc in the lower lumbar spine. Within one week, Nate had me out of pain and moving without the use of medication to get me through my day. His knowledge and experience in rehabilitating these issues has been beyond impressive and I'm so grateful to be continuing to work with him. As we move forward with personal training, I'm excited to see what I know will be true results in both mobility and muscle gain.
