CPA Assist is a free, confidential support program offered by CPA Alberta for Chartered Professional Accountants (and CPA candidates) in Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as their immediate family members. It provides 24/7 crisis support and access to short-term counselling to help with personal and professional challenges such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, family issues, career concerns, and overall well-being. The program also includes fitness consultations, nutritional guidance, wellness resources, and educational webinars. Longer-term support is available through referrals when needed. Services are completely confidential, with no information shared back to CPA Alberta. Access is available via the toll-free line 1-855-596-4222, with appointments during regular business hours and crisis support anytime.
