With over seven years of experience in personal training, Janine specializes in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, injury prevention, mobility, and pain-free performance. Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the body and its capabilities, as well as a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.

In addition to personal training, Janine is a certified yoga instructor, having completed a 200-hour training through Yoga Alliance, along with an additional 300 hours of advanced training. She integrates the philosophies of breath work into her programs, recognizing the profound impact that breath has on physical and mental well-being.

Outside of training, Janine loves spending time outdoors with her dog, enjoying delicious food, practicing breath work, and staying active through biking and swimming.
