Are You Ready Transform?

Welcome to the NATEFIT Transformation Challenge! After a long winter, it's time to start moving again and prepare for your summer activities. We'd like to help you get started by providing you the necessary programs and support to transform your body! We have created an eight-week challenge from April 15th - June 15th with a $1,000 grand prize to keep you motivated throughout the process. Spots are limited as we are only opening this challenge up to 30 participants.

We will provide you with everything you need to succeed!

Fitness programming

  • Fitness programming will be done through our training software (TrueCoach).
  • You will be given a login and password upon registration.
  • You will be programmed for 7 days/week, allowing you to choose the frequency of your workouts.
  • Programs will consist of 2 exercise days with 4-5 exercises to choose from for each muscle group.
  • Each program will have a mix of cardio, mobility, and resistance training (calisthenics and weights).

Nutrition Programming

  • NATEFIT will provide you with a nutrition plan to help you lose weight at a healthy rate.
  • Each plan will consist of scheduled meals and snacks (we will adjust to your schedule if necessary).
  • Meal calorie counts are provided for every meal.
  • A food list will also be provided at the bottom of the meal plan if you'd like to substitute foods.

Group Support

  • All participants will have access to our trainers and nutrition coaches throughout the challenge via an exclusive Facebook Group.
  • NATEFIT will provide support and answer your questions and you work towards your transformation.

Judging

  • The winner will be chosen by changes seen in a video, pictures, measurements, and weight.

Measurement Requirements

  • See sample photos below.
    • All photos are to be taken against a plain background in clear lighting. The better the lighting, the better we can determine a change in physique.
  • See sample video below.
  • Measurements will be taken at the waist, hips, and thighs (see landmarks photos below)

How to enter

  1. Click the button below.
  2. Fill out the entry form.
  3. You will provide a current picture (front, back, and side) along with your measurements (see sample below).
  4. You will also provide a short video of yourself rotating to show your current physique (see sample below).
  5. Add Nathaniel Ernst as a friend on Facebook to get access to the exclusive Facebook Group.
